How we got here.
SÀNANIKONE was founded as a private investment company by Managing Director Bounyadej Q. Sananikone. Our Founder’s initial focus was being a real estate agent and doing new development deals. Having transacted, marketed, and been the exclusive leasing team for over $225,000,000 in real estate. These activities uncovered new opportunities in residential real estate leading our founder to create SÀNANIKONE and to develop its unique asset-based risk-adjusted investment management program. SÀNANIKONE now engages in full Real Estate Private Equity services.
